Reliable Patient Care is not responsible for acts or omissions involving equipment or supplies that are inconsistent with applicable instructions, training, or safety procedures.
6. Insurance and Assignment of Benefits

You may be required to provide insurance information and authorize the assignment of applicable insurance benefits to Reliable Patient Care.

If an amount owed remains unpaid after it becomes due, Reliable Patient Care may take reasonable steps to collect the outstanding balance, including charging an authorized payment method, referring the account for collection, or taking other lawful action.
Where applicable, Reliable Patient Care may require the return of equipment that is owned by Reliable Patient Care if outstanding amounts remain unpaid, subject to applicable law.
8. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order or inquiry through our website does not guarantee that your order will be accepted or fulfilled.
An order confirmation or acknowledgment only confirms that we have received your request. It does not constitute acceptance of an order or a guarantee that the requested product will be available.
