We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal and medical nature of many of the products we provide, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery<\/strong>, provided they are new, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging<\/strong>. Products must include all original packaging, accessories, documentation, serial numbers, and UPCs, when applicable.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team before shipping your item back. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number<\/strong> is required for all returns. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h4>

Due to health, hygiene, and safety requirements, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, including certain personal-care and medical supplies. This may include, but is not limited to, sterile supplies, wound care products, catheters, CPAP masks, breast pumps with a broken seal, and other products where the packaging or safety seal has been opened<\/strong>.

Special-order items<\/strong> may be final sale or eligible for return only at our discretion. Certain retail products may also be non-returnable. Please contact Customer Service before placing or returning an order if you have questions about a specific product.

Return Shipping<\/strong><\/h4>

Unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of delivery. We are not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

If a return is required because you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item<\/strong>, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when applicable, cover the associated shipping costs.

Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>

Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method<\/strong>. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Processing times may vary.

If you would like a different product, please contact Customer Service. In many cases, we will process the original item as a return and place a new order for the replacement product.

If a product is defective or not performing as expected, please contact Customer Service. We may assist with troubleshooting, arrange a replacement, or initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer, subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

CPAP Returns<\/strong><\/h4>

If returning a CPAP machine, please remove the humidifier\/water chamber before shipping<\/strong>. Water left in the chamber may leak during transit and cause damage to the machine. Patients who ship back a CPAP with the water chamber attached may be held financially liable for damage\/repair.<\/strong><\/p>

Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with a return, exchange, defective product, or warranty claim. We will be happy to help determine whether your item is eligible for return and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Reliable Respiratory and Reliable Maternity have very similar policies, while Reliable Urology Care specifically prohibits returns once a device’s box seal is broken.
